We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.
UK Shipping for smaller items can be via Royal Mail or DHL. Usually in stock items will arrive within 2-5 working days. For our more valuable or larger items we ship by next day courier however delivery may still take 2-3 working days due to factors outside our control. Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed and in some cases may take several working days due to operational delays within Royal Mail or the courier's network, or other factors such as Bank Holidays.
Larger items such as ex-demo wheelchairs or WheelAble Chairs are subject to higher shipping costs due to the size and weight, and will be sent by courier.
If the item is in stock and your order is placed before midday, we'll aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Once dispatched. delivery times may vary.
Shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice, based on delivery and courier rates. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Should your item not be in stock we will aim to update you with an estimated lead time when you can expect your goods to arrive. For wheelchairs and bespoke items, lead times can vary so please feel free to contact us for further information.
