The next generation Spinergy wheels are here!! The LX (light extreme) and SLX (sport light extreme) spinergy wheelchair wheels are built on the traditional quality of the SPOX product with new design features.
Spinergy Light Extreme and Sport Light Extreme wheels are very light and very strong. Each spoke contains over 30,000 individual fibre strands making the spoke 3 times stronger than stainless steel and half the weight. Spinergy Extreme wheels have two hub sizes available. Spinergy wheels built with everyday hubs have 12 spokes per wheel and the hub has been slotted to give it a lightweight and minimal look. Spinergy wheels built with sport hubs have 18 PBO fibre spokes but due to the extra strength required in sports do not come with slotted hubs. Spinergy wheels built with black spokes are built on silver hubs as standard and Spinergy's built with coloured spokes are built on black hubs as standard but can be built with a chrome hub if requested.
The wheel can be built to your exact specification with your choice of spoke colour, handrim, hub style, hub colour and tyre choice. Please select your options below. For wheelchairs using over 15 degrees of camber, it is recommended that the sports hub is selected as higher degree's of camber require a stronger wheel.
